Company description
BTECH & RIGS specializes in the design, assembly, optimization and sales of PCs, as well as offering performance optimization, overclocking and system maintenance services.
Orders and payment
– All orders are subject to acceptance and component availability.
Payment must be made in full before processing begins. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, ATH Móvil (PR), and other approved platforms such as Stripe, Affirm, and Klarna.
– BTECH & RIGS reserves the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or supply limitations.
Prices and product information
– All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice on the website.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of costs, typographical or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel any affected orders.
– Product specifications based on brands and performance parameters may vary depending on the equipment. This is also due to component availability and market conditions.
Manufacturing and delivery time
– The usual manufacturing time is generally 7 to 28 business days after payment confirmation, due to component availability.
– Shipping or local delivery times vary depending on location and postal service availability.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped. Collection can only be scheduled with prior authorization or notification.
Returns and cancellations
– Customized systems are non-refundable once the components have been purchased or assembly has begun.
– Cancellations requested before the acquisition (purchase) of the components may be eligible for a full refund.
– Pre-assembled systems may be returned within 7 business days, provided they are unopened and in their original condition and packaging, with a restocking fee of 15%.
– Components of pre-assembled systems such as CPU, GPU, RAM, and PSU can be returned within 14 business days, provided they are fully functional and in their original condition, with their packaging. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.
– No refunds will be issued for digital services, optimizations, or labor once provided.
Warranty and support
– All systems include a 1-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship and assembly by BTECH & RIGS. Each component is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
– The warranty does not cover physical damage, electrical overload, modifications by the customer, change of parts without prior notification to BTECH & RIGS, or misuse of the equipment.
– All BTECH & RIGS systems come with 1 year of basic technical support. Extended service options are available at an additional cost.
Limitation of liability
– BTECH & RIGS is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or service.
– Liability is strictly limited to the cost paid by the customer for the specific product or service.
Data and privacy
– Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing the service.
-BTECH & RIGS does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when necessary to complete transactions (e.g., payment processors, transport companies).
-All data is managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our internal security protocols.
Intellectual property
– All content, branding, designs and materials created by BTECH & RIGS are the intellectual property of the company.
– The reproduction, resale or unauthorized use of our designs or promotional resources is strictly prohibited.
Modifications
BTECH & RIGS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
– Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates to the Terms.
Limited Warranty Policy

Introduction
This Limited Warranty Policy describes the warranty coverage and procedures for products and services provided by BTECH & RIGS. By purchasing from BTECH & RIGS, customers acknowledge and accept the terms set forth herein.
PC warranty coverage
BTECH & RIGS offers a one-year Limited Warranty on all assembled or custom-built PCs, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery or collection and applies only to the original purchaser.
Manufacturer warranties for components
Individual components (e.g., CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. BTECH & RIGS provides assistance in handling manufacturer claims during the warranty period but is not responsible for their terms or deadlines. Customers are also advised that there are RMA fees. Shipping costs to and from the manufacturer are the responsibility of the customer.
Coverage
– Assembly defects that cause instability or system failures.
– Component failures within the warranty year, not due to customer errors or external damage.
– Operating system reinstallation due to configuration errors by BTECH & RIGS, not by the customer.
Coverage not included
– Physical damage due to mishandling, accidents or liquid spills.
– Damage caused by electrical overloads or improper use of energy.
– Operating system problems after delivery, including viruses or installations of third-party programs.
– Modifications, parts changes, manipulations or overclocking not performed by BTECH & RIGS.
– Damage resulting from repairs or service attempts not authorized by BTECH & RIGS.
Claims and procedures
To file a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact BTECH & RIGS support and provide proof of purchase (preferably a receipt), a detailed description of the problem, and, if applicable, photographic or video evidence. BTECH & RIGS will determine whether the product requires service or replacement. Shipping instructions will be provided if necessary.
Shipping and handling of the product
The customer is responsible for properly packing or wrapping the product to prevent damage during transport. BTECH & RIGS is not responsible for any damage caused by the customer during shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Technical support
BTECH & RIGS offers basic technical support for one year for assembled systems. This includes basic remote assistance and guidance for system optimization. Advanced services or repairs by BTECH & RIGS may incur additional charges, depending on the specific case. Each case is handled individually.
Limited Liability
BTECH & RIGS is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, downtime, or loss of business. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product and its depreciation.
Policy revisions
This warranty policy is subject to change without notice. Any updates will be posted on the official BTECH & RIGS website. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
